Detox and exercise to lose stomach fat

Your Detox Plans: 

  1. The One-Day-Low GI-Detox is optional, but we strongly recommend that you do it at the start of the Low GI diet. Do the detox for one day, then start following the Low GI meal plan the next day. You could do this detox once a month if you feel it would be of benefit.
  2. Follow the Toned-Tummy-Detox for 16 hours once a week, every Sunday.

Your Exercise Programme:

You will receive a detailed exercise programme to follow from Mondays to Saturdays. Your exercise programme consists of a 7-day training programme that you repeat for the next two weeks after completing the first week of exercises.

Toned-Tummy + Beach Body exercise programme:

  • The level of difficulty of the exercises increases weekly.
  • The exercises are for all fitness levels: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.
  • You get 2 or 3 toning exercises for your problem areas (thighs and buttocks).
  • Sundays are rest days, ideal for stretching, because you will do your 16-hour detox on Sunday afternoons.
