Description

The Best Body Banting Plan is an online weight loss and exercise program for women who wants to lose weight, and is followed on this website. The detox- and diet plan can be printed and the exercises for Week 1,2 and 3 are available online. To get your diet and exercise plan you have to log in with your username and password. The program is available for you online for 6 months. You can take screenshots of the exercises if you want to keep them.

Detox en Eat Healthy

The Detox is optional, but I strongly recommend that you do it at the start of the Banting plan. Follow the detox plan for only one day, and then start the next day with the Banting eating plan. You can do this detox once a month if you feel the need to do it.

7 Day Meal Plan

This is a delicious meal plan for women who want to lose weight but hate to feel hungry all the time. It consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner. You shouldn’t feel hungry between meals. The whole family can join you with this eating plan, but you are responsible for adjusting their portion sizes. (Men usually eat double the protein portions). There are no strange products or ingredients  to buy for the meal plan. The recipes are straight forward and can be prepared in a short time.

Exercises for your Thighs, Buttocks and Stomach

Every Monday tot Saturday  you get 2 or 3 toning exercises for your problem areas. Sundays you do some stretching. Your exercise program consists of a 7 day training program that you repeat for the next two weeks. Here is an example:

  • Mondays: Glutes (buttocks) + Inner thighs
  • Tuesdays: Hips and Hamstrings
  • Wednesdays: Abs and Muffin-Tops
  • Thursdays: Hips and Thighs
  • Fridays: Hips, Thighs and Buttocks
  • Saturdays: Abs and Muffin-Tops
  • Sundays: Stretching
