This is an online program available on this website. Once you have registered on the website you use your Username and Password – which you created – to access your program. This 3 week plan is available online for you for 6 months.

Nourish Your Body to Burn, not Store Fat

You will learn to eat well and follow a healthy diet. You will change your habits and ultimately change your body from a fat-gainer to a fat-burner!

2 Diet Plans

This program consists of two, seven day diet plans, a Low GI menu and a Banting menu. These menu’s were created by Dr Gerhard Schoonbee (South Africa). You choose the diet  plan that suites your lifestyle. These menus can be combined with all my other online Low GI and Banting menus.

5 Exercise programs per week

Burn fat, be fit and work on your problem areas where you combine 4 intense exercise programs weekly and a Blitz- program for Saturdays, every week for three weeks. There are different levels to choose from, Beginner, Intermediate and Advance. Wednesdays and Saturdays you have a choice to rest or to repeat any one of the programs of the preceding week.

Motivation and Tips

The tips to EAT right, EXERCISE right and drink plenty of WATER plays an important role in the motivation and success of this program

Detox and Vitamin Water

Water is life and I will encourage you to drink plenty of water with my Detox and Vitamin water recipes. There is a water drinking program daily. You are going to love drinking water.
