This flash exercise program works your thighs, buttocks, chest, upper arms, hips and outer legs. The jumping jacks (exercise 3) works your heart and lungs and also help burn extra calories.

  1. 20 Squats
  2. 20 Push ups
  3. 40 Jumping Jacks
  4. 20 Side lift with left leg (photo)
  5. 20 Side lift with right leg

Beginners: 1 round
Intermediate: 2 rounds
Advanced: 3 rounds
