Hi Everybody! I hope you have enjoyed my 7 day Planking-challange and that you’ve been kickstarted to keep on with this new habit. Get into the habit of doing it every day, or at least 5 times a week.

Tips for a flatter tummy:

1.Eat right

  • Eat often – olive oil, avocado and nuts. Especially pine nuts with lots of poli-unsaturated fatty acids. This fatty acids send a signal to your brain to tell you that you are satiated!!
  • Calsium in dairy also help to flatten yout tummy. Your body store fat because of a hormone which is secreted if you are calsium deficient. Dairy has lots of calcium!
  • Drink 4 to 5 cups Green tea daily.

2. Exercise right

To achieve that flat tummy you MUST do the right tummy and waist exercises. To get rid of the fat underneath your skin on your tummy, you need to do cardio exercises often. Do spinning, kickboxing, cycling or brisk walking and jogging for an increased heart rate. Interval training is the best!
