5 Minute Fit in a Flash Programme

Burn a lot of energy in just a few minutes!

There are  days where you just do not have enough time to exercise that does not mean you should not exercise at all. Do this 5 Minute Flash programme. Repeat it if you have more time.

  • Beginners can do it once.
  • Intermediate can do it 3 times, if you have 15 minutes to train.
  • Advanced level can do it 5 or 6 times if you have 25 tot 30 minute.
How it Works:
  • 5 Exercises
  • Do each exercise for 50 seconds
  • Rest for 10 seconds between each exercise
  • Repeat all 5 exercises if you have time and energy.
